Mariner of The Seas

Launched in 2003, Mariner Of The Seas is a ‘Voyager-Class’ Cruise Ship owned by Royal Caribbean International. She is one of 5 voyage class ships with a capacity for 3,114 passengers and 1,185 crew members. In 2012 she underwent an extensive refurbishment with modernized, updated public areas and many new features added, including an outdoor movie screen, WiFi throughout the ship and new Boardwalk Dog House diner. From the summer of 2013, Mariner Of The Seas is to be transferred to Asia to cruise Singapore and Shanghai, China.

Dining Options On-Board Mariner Of The Seas

Mariner Of The Seas caters for all passengers tastes with a host of restaurants, buffets, grills, cafes, snack bars and 24 hour room service providing freshly cooked food, night and day. The main dining room serves a mix of continental and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are served at the same time each day for passengers who prefer to dine at a set time each day. Other Specialty Restaurants offer an alternative dining scene for guests to experience a diverse range of cuisines. The Jade Sushi and Asian-Fusion Restaurant offers a taste of the exotic with delicious dishes from the Far East prepared to perfection by the expert chefs.

For a more relaxed dining scene, passengers will love the Windjammer Cafe for meals and snacks throughout the day, plus The Cafe Promenade which serves coffee’s, tea’s and yummy pastries. The new Broadwalk Dog House is a favorite with customers for a quick bite on the go, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream bar has a wide selection of flavours on offer when guests fancy something sweet.

Activities and Relaxation

Whether you just want to lounge by the pool or you prefer to take part in something a little more strenuous, Mariner Of The Seas has it all, with activities to suit all ages and guests mood. With 4 pools, 6 whirl pools, climbing wall, ice-skating rink, mini-golf, basketball court, jogging and roller skating track, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied.

Take a stroll down the Royal promenade and take advantage of the duty free shopping with boutiques and shops selling clothes, watches, perfume, jewelry and much more. The Vitality Spa offers more than 100 treatments for guests to relax and unwind, plus a deluxe fitness centre with a fully equipped gym and various exercise classes on offer.

Night Time Entertainment On-Board Mariner Of The Seas

17 bars and lounges throughout Mariner Of The Seas offer lively entertainment with shows, cabarets, dancing, live music and much more every evening. Passengers will be captivated and impressed with the stunning performances at the main Theatre, whilst families will love snuggling under a blanket to watch an outdoor movie under the stars. Younger clientele will also love the on-board disco with all the latest mixes and tunes to dance the night away to. Mariner Of The Seas also hosts regular Teen Disco’s for the ships younger passengers.
