Definitely NOT LUXURY. Travelled on board in Oct Montreal to Miami, definitely not luxury standard accommodation, cold, draughty and noisy cabin, No sleep for first 8 days due to cold and noise. Regents response was to tape veranda door gaps with masking tape – classy!! Scruffy worn furniture and fittings, mould in bathroom and floor tiles looseDine when you like where you like impossible -no reservations either taken or available, pressured to share with strangers or very long wait for Compass Rose for mediocre food and inconsistent service, sent food back due to bad cooking or cold on 4 occasions, most disappointing and miserable vacation ever.
